Grande Carla!

So yea, Carla forgot to mention that one in "La Liste de Carla" or "The Hunt: Me and Me and War Criminals". Turns out Vojslav Seselj has accused la "Madame Prosecutor" (and her team)in intimidating witnesses while she was Chief Prosecutor:

In a decision from 29 June 2010, the ICTY has ruled that an amicus curiae will have to be apointed in order to investigate the alleged violations (Contempt, Rule 77(C)(ii) of the RPE). You can read the decision here. This is the first time that the ICTY will launch an investigation against its own Prosecutor!

What is particularly concerning that the Accused Seselj claims that:
"in light of how many persons have declared that they were mistreated by the Prosecution, that this is a normal and customary mode of operations for the Prosecution" (Motion, p.19).

I'm very curious about who the ICTY will eventually pick out as the amicus curiae, why the chosen person will have to submit their report "preferably in French", and what this investigation will produce as a whole...

I guess we shall see in 6 months time when the amicus curiae has to deliver its report to the ICTY !
